The Oxford Health NHS Trust launched a new 24/7 helpline to talk about issues surrounding or affecting your mental health, so as to take pressure off 111. Instead, call 01865 904998.

Specialised charities & organisations
Young Minds provide lots of advice and help on mental health & wellbeing.
Aquarius offer a free and non-judgmental support service to young people aged 8-19* and living in Oxfordshire. Their support can be accessed by any young person who:
is at high risk of using drugs/alcohol, or
is already using drugs/alcohol, or
is affected by a parent, carers or close family members drug/alcohol use.
